On Tuesday November 8, Cinemes Girona in Barcelona will project the documentary Trance, by the student of Audiovisual Communication Lorena Arroyo. Trance is a reflection and animal welfare complaint through the testimony of a man who works at an abattoir and his internal battle.
On Tuesday November 8, Cinemes Girona in Barcelona will project the documentary Trance, by the student of Audiovisual Communication Lorena Arroyo. Trance is a reflection and animal welfare complaint through the testimony of a man who works at an abattoir and his internal battle.
The film is part of the series “El documental a lʼEscola”, from Visions Documentals, organized by Altervideo and Cinemes Girona, aiming to share productions that are not projected in common channels. The documentary by Lorena Arroyo, from the Faculty of Library and Information Science of the University of Barcelona, is one of the five documentaries that have been selected.
The session will start at 20 h, and after the screening of the documentaries, their authors and teachers will take part in a colloquium with attendants. They will debate on several questions about the presented projects and will analyse the presence of documentaries in education, in the field of audiovisual communication in this country.
