Pavvla and Marina Herlop concerts fill up the Paranimph in the Historical Building
The successful first edition of the winter version of Els Vespres de la Universitat de Barcelona predicted that this year the Paranimph of the Historical Building would be full of attendants. The success was guaranteed thanks to the singularity of the emergent artists Pavvla and Marina Herlop, who performed on the 2nd and 9th of March, apart from the quality of all the scheduled concerts.

Roger Puig and Joana Gomila Folk Souvenir: March 16 and 24
The poster for Els Vespres dʼHivern, willing to share and promote musical emerging projects, and aiming to be open to new styles and mixing musical genres, includes concerts from distinguished bands in the current musical scenario.
This Thursday, March 16, Roger Puig will perform his songwritings. Between pop and progressive work, psychedelics and songwriting, the songs in Pícnic al búnquer, his first album, are lyrical stamps evoking familiarity and surrealist uncertainty with some necessary irony.
On March 24, the cycle will end with Joana Gomila Folk Souvenir, a collective project by the singer Joana Gomila and four great musicians with artistic sensations that rebuild the traditional Majorcan song with a playful and fresh approach. The result of this work is a sassy and experimental project that goes through the Balearic traditional music with love, honesty and respect.
There are still available tickets for both performances, which will take place at 20 h in the Paranimph of the Historical Building, an emblematic space that gives solemnity and warmness to these concerts. Entrance is free but it is required to download the tickets from the website, and capacity is limited.
