Today Joan Elias, rector of the UB, and Ferran Adrià, chef and president of elBullifoundation and honorary doctorate at the UB, signed an agreement to promote the training and dissemination on the process of research and knowledge classification, and the way in which knowledge comprehension and connection can turn into innovation by using creative processes in companies.

Today Joan Elias, rector of the UB, and Ferran Adrià, chef and president of elBullifoundation and honorary doctorate at the UB, signed an agreement to promote the training and dissemination on the process of research and knowledge classification, and the way in which knowledge comprehension and connection can turn into innovation by using creative processes in companies.

The first action within the framework of this agreement will be the course “Sapiens. Methodology in BulliFoundation. Applying Sapiens to improve the efficiency and results in innovation” within the framework of the UB summer courses, Els Juliols 2017.

The course will take place from the 17th to the 20th of July (information about the course and registration will be soon provided) and will have instructors from elBullifoundation.

The content of the course is focused on Sapiens methodology, which has been developed by elBullifoundation and consists on understanding (classify and connect knowledge) to make innovation more efficient.

UB-specific studies and masters encouragement

The agreement states that the University of Barcelona and elBullifoundation will work on the development of future specific studies as University Extension Courses and university master studies in the field of creativity and knowledge management with the experience of elBullifoundation.

The agree opens doors to set collaborations and assessment in research projects as well as the participation in other existing training courses in the UB in the field of culinary and gastronomic sciences.
