• Grants and financial aid for study purposes and collaboration and mobility grants (SICUE and Seneca)
• Student associations and the promotion of student participation in university life
• Observatory on Students
• Transition between secondary and higher education
• Access to EHEA bachelor's degree courses (Office for University Pre-enrolment)
• UB student counselling and careers advisory services and other services offered by the Student Support Service (SAE)
• Language policy and UB Language Services (SL)
• University community services: dining halls, private halls of residence, UB Sports and the School of Modern Languages (EIM)
• Tutorial action plans, in conjunction with the Office of the Vice-Rector for Teaching and Science Policy
