The INFER Annual Conference provides a great opportunity for members and non-members of INFER alike to exchange ideas and to discuss results from recent economic research.
The conference is jointly organized by the Research Centre on Industrial and Public Economics (CREIP), the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV) and the International Network for Economic Research (INFER).
The Venue for the INFER Annual Conference is the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili, located in Reus (Catalonia).
The 18th Annual Conference of the International Network for Economic Research jointly organized with Universitat Rovira i Virgili will take place on 8-10 June 2016 in Reus (Spain).
The invited keynotes at the next year INFER Annual Conference are:
Prof. Guillem López Casasnovas: Guillem López Casasnovas is Professor of Economics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, in Barcelona, Spain. His research interest includes public economics (public finance), economics of social policy, economics of taxation, public management, fiscal federalism and health economics.
Prof. Thierry Mayer: Thierry Mayer is Professor of Economics at Sciences-Po, in Paris, France. His research interests include international trade, multinational firms, economic geography and industrial organization.
Prof. Diego Puga: Diego Puga is Professor of Economics at CEMFI, in Madrid, Spain. His research interests include urban economics, economic geography and international trade.
