The Manifesto aims to educate government and the society that correct use of the data may show many different opportunities in different spheres of social and economic life.
At the event there will be a conference of representatives of thirteen interventions of organizations that have joined the Catalonia Manifesto and a lecture by Professor Diego Puga.
