Alhora, respon a un context social i normatiu que exigeix a les universitats un paper actiu en la transformaci\u00f3 de les desigualtats estructurals i en la garantia de drets.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">El IV Pla d\u2019Igualtat s\u2019adre\u00e7a al conjunt de la\u00a0<b>comunitat universit\u00e0ria<\/b>\u00a0\u2014estudiantat, personal docent i investigador (PDI) i personal t\u00e8cnic, de gesti\u00f3 i d\u2019administraci\u00f3 i serveis (PTGAS)\u2014 i actua com a paraigua estrat\u00e8gic de les pol\u00edtiques d\u2019igualtat m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l\u2019\u00e0mbit estrictament laboral. Impuls de la igualtat a la comunitat universit\u00e0ria<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Aquest eix t\u00e9 com a objectiu consolidar una cultura institucional basada en la igualtat, el respecte i la corresponsabilitat. Inclou mesures com la promoci\u00f3 del llenguatge inclusiu, la visibilitzaci\u00f3 de referents feministes i diversos, el foment de la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019estudiantat, la incorporaci\u00f3 de la diversitat d\u2019identitats de g\u00e8nere als sistemes institucionals, l\u2019impuls de la cultura de les cures i l\u2019enfortiment de les estructures responsables de les pol\u00edtiques d\u2019igualtat.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">2. Perspectiva de g\u00e8nere en la doc\u00e8ncia<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">El Pla aposta per integrar la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere com a\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">criteri de qualitat docent<\/span>. Entre les accions previstes hi ha l\u2019ampliaci\u00f3 de l\u2019oferta formativa en g\u00e8nere i diversitat, la incorporaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta perspectiva com a compet\u00e8ncia transversal en totes les titulacions, la formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica del professorat, el reconeixement de bones pr\u00e0ctiques docents i la incorporaci\u00f3 del g\u00e8nere en els treballs de final de grau, m\u00e0ster i doctorat.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">3. Perspectiva de g\u00e8nere en la recerca i la transfer\u00e8ncia<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Aquest eix vol garantir una recerca excel\u00b7lent, lliure de biaixos i socialment responsable. El Pla preveu accions per fomentar el lideratge de les dones en la recerca, oferir formaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica al personal investigador, revisar els codis \u00e8tics i les pr\u00e0ctiques d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3, incorporar la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere en el doctorat i recon\u00e8ixer els projectes que integren aquesta mirada en totes les fases del proc\u00e9s cient\u00edfic.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">4. Organitzaci\u00f3 lliure de sexisme i viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">La UB reafirma el seu comprom\u00eds amb la prevenci\u00f3, detecci\u00f3 i reparaci\u00f3 de les viol\u00e8ncies masclistes i LGTBIQ+ f\u00f2biques.
