RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Professionals interested in applying new and innovative methods of analysis and systemic interventions with a focus on solutions, which have been found to be effective
for the development of people and teams, the analysis of conflicts, and the processes of change, improvement and innovation in organizations.
The activity of these professionals is focused on organizational consultancy, as well as individual, team and organizational coaching.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

To learn how to focus on systemic strategies in coaching processes, consultancy, advice and management in the development
of individual interventions and group and team dynamics.
- To acquire analysis and innovation skills for organizational settings.
- To learn to see and understand issues in a different way to the classical linear conception. This involves focusing on the invisible dynamics of relationships that
are the common link between processes, to recognise systemic problems that make the normal development of processes difficult, to look at processes from the perspective of their
structure, patterns of behaviour and levers of change, in order to provide solutions that are global rather than individual, and thus consider
the interactions and interdependency of processes and make them more sustainable and healthy for everyone.
- To acquire systemic coaching skills for individuals and groups.
- To learn how to make in-depth, effective organizational assessments using systemic strategies.
- To know how to analyse conflicts, processes and decision-making strategies from a systemic perspective.
- To learn to use systemic strategies in processes of personal and organizational change and innovation.
- To develop skills for solution-based systemic consultancy.
- As a professional, to optimize your own resources and discover unknown capacities and talents.
