- Holders of pre-EHEA degrees and bachelor's degrees in Economics, Business Management and Administration, Law, Public Management and Administration or Political and Administration Sciences. (Applicants who currently work in public administration, or who have worked there for two out of the previous five years, are given special consideration).
- Holders of other pre-EHEA diplomas or degrees who are currently working or have worked in a public administration for at least two years.
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
To receive economics training on regional and local finance and its effects, and to acquire criteria for analysis, the evaluation of elements and models, and the design of partial or comprehensive proposals.
