To all applicants interested in actively and consciously growing and developing their professional skills as coaches, by acquiring leadership and coaching skills.
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
- To develop self-knowledge, full awareness and personal leadership skills.
- To acquire a full range of perspectives through which to understand individual, group and organizational systems.
- To acquire experience in the use of tools and methodologies for ethical practice as a coach in a variety of settings.
- To put into practice with coachees the tools and methodologies studied during the course.
- To learn about the origins of the different areas of knowledge and tools that provide the basis for coaching and personal leadership.
