RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

- Professionals with university qualifications, who wish to specialize in customs representation and management or looking for training to meet the requirements to become authorized economic operators (AEO).
- Staff from customs agencies, customs brokers and those involved in foreign trade in general, including freight forwarders.)
- Tax office workers.
- Any candidate with prior legal and economic training in customs.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

The main objective of the course is to acquire knowledge and professional training to meet the requirements of an authorized economic operator (AEOs). This requires knowledge of customs law and management, European regulations regarding customs, trafficking, money laundering and tax evasion, and the laws developing these regulations or support their implementation.
