Holders of bachelor's degrees and pre-EHEA degrees in health studies, food-related areas, and life sciences.
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
To deepen knowledge of the Mediterranean diet and culinary cultures of the Mediterranean as a model of healthy eating, and to understand the impact of this diet in the treatment of chronic illnesses.
Admission requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Pre-EHEA degree or diploma in the field of health and nutrition.
- A good level of English. Non-native candidates must submit a certificate and and/or attend an interview.
