- To learn the advanced systematics used to Design Quality Plans.
- To learn about the main strategies in knowledge management in organizations.
- To learn to describe the principles of organizational innovation.
- To learn strategies of records policies.
- To understand the internal audits system.
- To learn about the bases of monitoring systems and benchmarking systems.

- To learn about the ISO, EFQM and Joint-Commission system as external quality assessment systems.
- To learn about other regulations and evaluation systems for organizations.
- To understand the relation between Strategic Plans and Quality Plans in organizations.
- To learn the different steps when designing a Quality Plan.
- To understand knowledge management and its sources.
- To know the main tools in knowledge management.
- To describe the main types of documents used in organizations.
- To learn the fundamental principles of evidence-based medicine and nursing.
- To understand the principles of innovation in organizations.
- To learn an advanced use of Indicator Maps.
- To describe the audit system in internal evaluation of organizations.
- To learn the main types of benchmarking
