LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Traditional sports are focused on health and longevity and based on the main theories of Chinese medicine. They combine positions and movements of the body with breathing and meditation techniques. This course covers the origins, main theory and basic methods and techniques of Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
