- University graduates (bachelor's degrees, pre-EHEA degrees or diplomas) interested in educational support (either mentoring or coaching in education) as a tool in the growth of the person.
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
- To learn the basic principles of educational coaching and mentoring.

- To acquire strategies and tools for coaching in education.
- To acquire strategies and tools for mentoring in education.
- To learn to detect areas for self-improvement and the improvement of others.
- To learn to use instruments of mentoring and coaching in education with students, teachers, management teams and families.
- To experience a process of personal growth.
