Professionals specifically involved in bankruptcy procedures (lawyers, economists and administrators) and general legal professionals.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

To understand the assumptions for filing bankruptcy, continuation of the activities of an insolvent company, procedural aspects of bankruptcy, effects of bankruptcy on contracts, the assets and liabilities of an estate, and the various phases of bankruptcy (including the agreement phase, the liquidation phase, qualification and conclusion).
