RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Graduates in law and economics, trade or statutory auditors, and applicants who have completed at least 90% of the study load for the award of any of these qualifications.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

To learn the theoretical and practical aspects of the role of bankruptcy administrator, accountancy and financial statement analysis in insolvency, legal tools against the insolvent's acts or operations affecting bankruptcy assets, and employment aspects of bankruptcy.
