- To gain the knowledge and skills required to work in the area of bankruptcy.
- To understand the assumptions for filing bankruptcy, continuation of the activities of an insolvent company, procedural aspects of bankruptcy, effects of bankruptcy on contracts, the assets and liabilities of an estate, and the various phases of bankruptcy (including the agreement phase, the liquidation phase, qualification and conclusion).
- To learn the theoretical and practical aspects of the role of bankruptcy administrator, accountancy and financial statement analysis in insolvency, legal tools against the insolvent's acts or operations affecting bankruptcy assets, and employment aspects of bankruptcy.
