Admission requirements:
- Applicants must attend a personal interview with one of the course directors.
- Credit will be given for interest in entering the labour force in this field and in in scientific research, preferably at the University of Barcelona.
- Students must be prepared to work consistently throughout the course and to keep a daily log of their activities.

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

- To provide relaxation, meditation and mindfulness (REMIND) with an academic background, as they are increasingly present in our society.
- To undertake scientific research in REMIND at the University of Barcelona.

• Observations:

  Compulsory face-to-face sessions will be held every 15 days on Friday afternoon, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m; and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; sessions on Saturdays will be held in the classrooms of the Residència Àgora on the Mundet Campus. One retreat per year is scheduled to Casal de Pau d'Arbúcies (Girona) from Friday at 4 p.m. to Sunday at 4 p.m.
