- Holders of bachelor's degrees and other qualifications in law, economics, business sciences and political and administration sciences, or any other qualification relating to the social sciences.
- Graduates in other disciplines, such as journalism, sociology and employment relations.
- Candidates who aim to be - or are already - category-A civil servants or who hold elected or executive positions in the national, regional or local administration, in public bodies, in public capital companies or in public foundations and universities. Staff who work or want to work in the public sector or associated private sector. This includes all government bodies at state, autonomous community, local and institutional level.
- Members of public and private companies, professional associations, NGOs, unions, political parties, associations and foundations that receive public funds or financial aid or are contracted by government bodies, given that legislation on transparency establishes specific legal obligations to prevent and control corruption. Act 19/2014 on transparency, access to public information and good governance, clearly establishes guidelines to follow in this area.
To develop the knowledge and skills required to detect corrupt administrative practices in the functioning of public authorities and in private agents who are contracted to undertake public functions of any kind of administrative nature. For this purpose, the indications of the Academic Anti-Corruption Initiative (ACAD) will be followed to a large extent.
