The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
General objective:
- To gain knowledge of NGO management in the context of international cooperation, and apply the knowledge to the creation of a project.
Specific objectives:
- To understand the system of international cooperation and the role of NGOs throughout history.
- To learn the legal framework that the creation of an NGO requires.
- To learn funding methods and acquire tools for raising funds.
- To learn the basic concepts of economic and financial management of an NGO.
- To develop communication strategies to portray the organization in the media and promote a positive institutional image.
- To gain skills for managing human resources in the context of NGOs, including voluntary and paid staff.
- To learn management strategies and develop leadership skills.
- To develop strategic thinking for managing an organization.
- To create and develop an innovative social project based on knowledge gained during the specialization.
