- Professionals working in the area of education: teachers at all educational stages (early childhood, primary, ESO, upper secondary school, professional training, adult education and other courses) and, in general, professionals working in training, education and pedagogy.
- Education managers, management teams of education centres, and professionals with an interest in working in the management of education centres.
- Professionals with management responsibilities in educational centres or those preparing for management roles.*
- Degree holders in any discipline of education sciences.
- Other graduates interested in pursuing a career in education.

* The master?s degree and the postgraduate courses attached to it have been validated by the Catalan Ministry of Education as official training for management roles in public education centres.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

- To acquire, develop and consolidate skills in the executive management, planning and organization of educational tasks.
- To acquire, develop and consolidate skills in team leadership, project leadership and the relational and communicative skills required to efficiently perform tasks in education.
