RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduates and holders of pre-EHEA degrees and diplomas in medicine and surgery.
- Graduates and holders of pre-EHEA degrees and diplomas in nursing.
- Holders of bachelor's degrees or university diplomas in health sciences.
- Other technicians, holders of pre-EHEA diplomas/degrees or bachelor's degrees working in the health area.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

- To broaden the understanding of the processes and procedures involved in safe drug management.
- To acquire a broad understanding of the main concepts and principles of people-centred care.
- To understand and learn how to use the main tools required to develop and improve people-centred care.
- To deepen knowledge of processes and procedures that relate healthcare quality to people-centred care.
- To discover the main external systems for assessing the quality of health systems.
- To learn an advanced system for the design of quality plans.
- To learn the main strategies for knowledge management in organizations.
- To learn how to describe the principles of organizational innovation.
- To learn strategies for records policies.
- To learn about the system of internal audits.
- To learn the principles of monitoring and benchmarking systems.
- To gain knowledge and skills in applying process management methodology.
- To understand, optimize and review the healthcare process (process flows).
- To learn operational management techniques (application of the lean and six sigma techniques) to improve the efficiency of organizations.
