Graduates in psychology, labour relations, law and economics, as well as all those postgraduate students and professionals who work in the field of human resources management.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

This specialist course aims to provide technical and practical tools for recruitment and selection, focusing particularly on the new opportunities that 2.0 and 3.0 technology brings to personnel selection processes.
