RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Graduates of the degrees in Psychology, Education, Teacher Training, Medicine and Speech-Language Therapy and the university master's degree in Educational Psychology.


Access requirements: a good level of understanding of Catalan, since 90% of classes are taught in this language. Attendance and punctuality

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- To acquire knowledge regarding the manifestations of autism, good practices for early detection, clinical diagnosis and neuropsychological evaluation, neurobiology and cognitive dysfunctions.
- To acquire a deeper understanding of evidence-based techniques for intervention and treatment of people with autism.
- To acquire a more detailed knowledge of social-community intervention through socio-family care and person-centred planning from childhood to adulthood.
