LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Traditional sports are aimed at improving health and longevity, based on the fundamental theories of Chinese medicine, and combine postures and movements with breathing practices and meditation. This course covers the origins, the elementary theory and the basic methods and techniques of tai chi and qi gong.
