LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

For the specialist in orthopedic surgery and trauma to acquire a thorough understanding of prosthetic surgery in a range of joint pathologies.
The course will include an evaluation of the possibilities and limitations involved in each case, as well as the uses of diagnosis and processes and research into substitutive surgery.
- To understand the core theoretical and practical aspects of the pathologies, their indications, contraindications, results, complications and their treatment, and to discuss arthroplasty techniques in bone and joint pathology.
