ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

To learn the basic principles of educational coaching and mentoring.
- To learn the basics of the systemic relational model.
- To acquire skills and strategies for educational coaching.
- To acquire skills and strategies for educational mentoring.
- To learn to detect areas for self improvement and improvement in others.
- To learn to use mentoring tools and educational coaching with students, teachers, management teams and families.
To experience a process of personal growth.
