- Graduates in other disciplines who have a basic understanding of public law and, particularly, an understanding of administrative law, whether academically and professionally.
- Professionals in the public or private sectors with an interest in public procurement.
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
- To acquire advanced knowledge of public procurement, placing special emphasis on the legal changes established by Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on public sector contracts.
- To acquire skills and abilities to apply in procurement to manage it more efficiently and appropriately.
- To acquire a critical vision of how public sector procurement operates.
- To learn the limits of regulation and the scope of improvement and development.
