LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- For the specialist in orthopedic surgery and trauma to acquire a thorough understanding of prosthetic surgery in a range of joint pathologies.
- To learn to assess the possibilities and limitations of joint pathologies, and also the applications in diagnosis, procedures and research in the field of replacement surgery.
- To understand the fundamental theoretical and practical aspects of pathology, indications, contraindications, results, complications and treatment, and arthroplasty techniques in bone and joint pathology.
