1. Have an intellectual disability and the legal status of a person with a disability equal or above 33%.
2. Have Spanish nationality or provide evidence of level B2 in Spanish.
The aim of this course is to train people with intellectual disability in:
1. Legal Aspects.
2. The rights of citizens in their relationships with the Public Administration.
3. Administrative procedures and document management.
4. Customer care and interpersonal communication processes
5. Information and Communication Technology (ICTs).
6. Occupational Hazards: rights and obligations.
