The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
- Gain an overview of concepts and basic management tools, and discuss the role and contribution of management to the construction of excellent global health organisations and to the development of effective global health programmes.
- Learn a strategic and functional approach combined with management practice, with a focus on non-profit organisations, as a characteristic that is different to the majority of the most relevant global health organisations: international agencies, governments, public-private partnerships, foundations and philanthropic associations and NGOs.
