- Graduates in law, ADE, economics, etc., who want to specialize in the field of customs representation and management or who seek sufficient training to meet the requirements to become authorized economic operators (AEOs). Students will obtain the UB degree and the accreditation of this degree by the European Commission (EU Certificate of Recognition Awarded) AEO Program -level C to obtain Customs Simplifications and accreditation in the Global Supply Chain.
- Professionals without a university degree who have an interest in the world of customs, customs representation organizations or customs intermediaries and dealers in foreign trade in general (freight forwarders, etc.).
- Students who want to take the official customs representative tests: applicants who can prove that they have passed this master's degree will be exempt from taking the official theoretical test (see www.boe.es/boe/dias/2018/07/30/pdfs/BOE-A-2018-10813.pdf).
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
The main objective of the course is to obtain the knowledge and professional training to meet the requirements to become an authorized economic operator (OAS), customs representative, etc. This makes it necessary to know about customs legislation and management, European regulations on customs, and the law that develops these regulations or allows their implementation.
