- Members of staff of local entities associated with the Catalan Association of Municipalities and who have completed the AMC registration process.
- People with or without university degrees holding positions with differing degrees of responsibility in the area of local social services.
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
- Acquire the specialized training needed to understand the social services system in the framework of social policies and its development within the local administration.
- Develop the skills required to take on a management role in local social services; with special emphasis on personal and professional growth to take on a leadership role in the organization and foster the cohesion of work teams and the growth of the professionals who comprise them.
- Understand the tools available for analysing the current social climate, and for designing and coordinating social services; as well as its day-to-day management.
