- Holders of bachelor's degrees and engineering degrees in health sciences, earth sciences and related disciplines (biology, environmental sciences, agronomy, geology, mine engineering, forest engineering, geography, landscape architecture) who wish to broaden their knowledge and boost their career prospects.
- Teachers who want to incorporate this knowledge in their educational area, and anyone who is interested in finding out about alternatives and results of restoring mining spaces

- Acquire basic knowledge of the exploitation of mineral resources and their distribution in Catalonia.
- Observe in-situ the possibilities of restoring quarries and mining areas.
- Observe and analyse the treatments that are used.
- Learn to assess and compare the results of restoration on a large scale, within each landscape design context.
