- Especially graduates and diploma holders with legal knowledge and an interest in deepening theoretical and practical knowledge on ethics and public integrity.
- Professionals in the public or private sectors with an interest in ethics, integrity and the fight against corruption.
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
- To understand the main instruments and mechanisms of the prevention and control of malpractice and particularly of corruption.
- To understand at basic level the administrative operation in sectors and areas with the greatest exposure to corruption risk and other instances of non-compliance with public ethics.
- To know how to detect irregularities in the functioning of the public administration and how to identify corrupt practices.
- To draw up indicators of potential cases of corruption and other malpractice in administrative operation.
- To gain methodological and applied knowledge to delimit corruption risks in public administrations.
- To apply multidisciplinary knowledge to the fight against corruption, fraud and other malpractice.
- To gain autonomy in the proposal and determination of effective measures for preventing and detecting cases of corruption in administrative functioning, especially in the management of corruption risks and other malpractice, and autonomy for proposing the preparation and improvement of measures of integrity (such as integrity plans or plans for anti-fraud measures).
