RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

University degree holders: Degree or diploma holders of different knowledge areas.

University degree holders: Admission to the courses is considered for people who are assessed as suitable due to their personal and professional background and who have not obtained a previous university qualification; the qualification that these students will obtain will be the University Extension Certification, issued by the University of Barcelona.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- To develop self-knowledge, mindfulness and personal leadership skills.
- To develop various approaches to understanding individual, group and organizational systems.
- To acquire experience in the use of tools and methodologies for ethical practice as a coach in a variety of settings.
- To put into practice with coaches the tools and methodologies studied during the course.
- To know about the origins of the knowledge and tools used in the coaching and personal leadership process.
