RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduates and graduates in law, public administration management, political science with an interest in dedicating themselves professionally to the protection of personal data in the public or private sphere, including access to obtaining recognition in the profession of data protection manager data. - Economists, engineers or mathematicians who are big data managers who wish to know the legal regime applicable to the protection of personal data.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- To deepen the student's knowledge of European Union law on personal data protection, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
- To deepen the student's knowledge of international personal data protection law, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
- To deepen the student's knowledge of European Union law on personal data protection, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
- Allow the student to know the functions of the Data Protection Delegate.
