RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

- University degree holders: degree or diploma holders of different knowledge areas.
- Anyone without a university degree: admission to the courses is considered for people assessed as suitable for their personal and professional career and who do not have a previous university degree, who obtain an Advanced University Diploma issued by the University of Barcelona at the end of the course.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- To develop self-knowledge, mindfulness and personal leadership skills.
- To develop various approaches to understanding individual, group and organizational systems.
- To acquire experience in the use of tools and methodologies for ethical practice as a coach in a variety of settings.
- To put into practice with coaches the tools and methodologies studied during the course.
- To know about the origins of the knowledge and tools used in the coaching and personal leadership process.
