RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Aimed exclusively at students of the Master's Degree in Legal Practice and Solicitation of the UB, who wish to specialize in the field of Administrative Law and who wish to obtain a complementary degree.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- To provide a complete vision of the administrative sanctioning power of the Administration
- To examine its constitutional guarantees and its principles of application.
- To know the basic features of the system of infractions and sanctions in different areas.
- Determine the scope of the rights of the persons allegedly responsible
- To know the functionality of the procedures of administrative sanctioning procedures
- Examine the main means of control in administrative and judicial channels
- To provide general training in administrative justice litigation to file administrative and judicial appeals
