RECOMMENDED APPLICANT PROFILES AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree or diploma holders.
- Students without a degree are also admitted, especially commandos and police officers, and opt for an Expert Certificate from the University of Barcelona.

ADMISSION FOR APPLICANTS NOT HOLDING A DEGREE QUALIFICATION:

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- To train for a basic specialisation in new professional skills that prevent Islam radicalization, Jihadist terrorism and global security within various areas and public policies regarding global Jihadism.
- Train in the field of preventing radicalization and violent extremism, as a graduate in Political Science, Sociology, Security, Law, Criminology, Management and Public Administration, Social Work, Social Education, Mediation, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Psychology, History, Anthropology or Humanities; as a primary school teacher or secondary school teacher; as a political advisor, public manager, immigration technician, LGTBI technician, anti-rumour agent, head of security or manager of sports or leisure entities, or as another professional in the field of preventing violent radicalization.
