To manage access to the University via other university studies, with recognition of at least 30 bachelor's degree credits, and to carry out the corresponding academic and administrative procedures. |

Compliance with a mission carried out in the public interest (Organic Law 2/2023, of March 22, on the university system and Law 1/2003, of February 19, on Universities of Catalonia). |
Period of data storage |
A permanent record of your data will be stored, in accordance with the provisions made in Law 10/2001, of 13 July, on archives and document management. |
| Recipients | The data recipients are the University itself, and, where applicable, those responsible for processing the data. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so. |
| Data subject rights | You can access your data and exercise your rights of rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and data portability by sending written notice to the General Secretary's Office of the University of Barcelona by ordinary mail (Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 585, 08007 Barcelona) or e-mail (secretaria.general@ub.edu), attaching a photocopy of your Spanish ID document (DNI/NIE) or other valid ID. |
