A series of creators discuss the links between Maria-Mercè Marçal’s work and their own, stating their position as “marçalianes”. How do creators of the 21st century read Maria-Mercè Marçal? How present is Marçal in contemporary poetry, but also in the work of musicians, thinkers, photographers or performers? Marçal continues to be a referent not only as a poet and writer, but also as a woman implicated in feminism and freedom. Such is the starting point of #Marçalianes. ‘Prenc el camí que m’ha portat a tu’, a project which discovers the way the poet is nuanced and updated by twelve different voices, based on que quote ‘Prenc el camí que m’ha portat a tu’ [I take the way which has led me to you]. In-site reading is complimented by video capsules which makes available the voices of such differently-sourced creators. In-site and online activity. ADHUC collaborates in this activity organized by CCCB, Fundació Maria-Mercè Marçal and Institució de les Lletres Catalanes.
