Poetry Before the Poem

Under the title "Poetry Before the Poem," writer Olga Novo will give a talk and reading of her poems, particularly from her book Feliz Idade (2019), translated into Catalan as Feliçidade (Olifante). Olga Novo, one of the most prominent poets on the recent Galician scene, has been awarded the National Poetry Prize and the III Letras Galegas Vivas Prize. This event is part of the "Not Just Rosalía de Castro" series, organized by Estudis Gallecs i Portuguesos and ADHUC-Centre de Recerca Teoria, Gènere, Sexualitat. The presentation will be in Galician.
