The exposition La déconniatrie. Art, exil et psychiatrie autour de François Tosquelles, which will be exhibited in the museum les Abattoirs – Frac Occitanie in Toulouse from October 14th to March 3rd, is about to open. Together with Carles Guerra, Joana Masó (ADHUC-Universitat de Barcelona), PI of the research project El llegat oblidat de Francesc Tosquelles, is also the curator of the exposition, which puts into dialogue the work of the republican psychiatrist, exiled to France, with exiled culture, modern art and outsider art. Fundació MIR-PUIG funds the research that has made this exhibition possible. Moreover, the project has received recognition as an exposition of national interest by the French Ministry of Culture, with the outstanding support of the French state, the Fondation Antoine de Galbert, the Institut Ramon Llull and the AC/E Acción Cultural Española.
