The seminar "Entre corsés y pantalones: moda, género y modernidad (1880-1930)" aims to analyse material culture, social interaction and fashion accessories as social, cultural and symbolic phenomena in modernity. The lectures will be given by Jeanette Acevedo Rivera (University of California-Long Beach), Inés Corujo (New York City College of Technology, CUNY), Pablo Pena (investigador independiente), and Uxía Otero González (Universidade de Santiago de Compostela).
The seminar will have a hybrid format (face-to-face and online). Those who wish to attend online must register in advance. This activity is a result of the GIMA project founded by MICIU/AEI /10.13039/501100011033 i per FEDER, UE.
