The Philosophical Anthropology of Friedrich Nietzsche

This April, the Philosophy and Gender Seminar – ADHUC Research Center for Theory, Gender, and Sexuality is organizing a seminar series. Friedrich Nietzsche’s philosophical anthropology. “Man is too beautiful for the man who contemplates him.” , led by Maria Cristina Fornari (University of Salento, Italy) and coordinated by Elena Laurenzi.
The sessions will take place on the following dates:
- Monday, April 13, from 9 to 11 a.m.
- Tuesday, April 14, from 9 to 10 a.m.
- Monday, April 20, from 9 to 11 a.m.
- Tuesday, April 21, from 9 to 10 a.m.
Maria Cristina Fornari is vice president of the Seminario Permanente Nietzscheano (SPN), affiliated with the Italian Institute for Germanic Studies in Rome, and a member of the Nietzsche et son temps team at ITEM (CNRS/ENS, Paris). She is a member of the scientific committee and scientific secretariat of the HyperNietzsche Association, as well as of the Italian Center for Nietzsche Studies and the International Research Group on Nietzsche. She has participated in international editorial and research projects dedicated to the work of Friedrich Nietzsche.
