The Workshop "The Inner Conflict. A Subjective Look at Female Experiences (XV-XVII)" brings together four specialists in the Middle and Modern Ages. Mariela Fargas (ADHUC-Universitat de Barcelona), Mireia Comas (Universitat de Barcelona) will address different aspects related to honor, love and family obedience, while Rosa M. Alabrús (Universitat Abat Oliva CEU) and Julia Lewandowska (Uniwersytet Warszawski) will study nun writers in relation to the inner dexo and the reading of the Bible after the Council of Trent.
In-person and online workshop simultaneously. Prior registration is required for the online mode by sending an email to marielafargas@ub.edu.
