itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Me gradu\u00e9 en Qu\u00edmica por la Universitat de Barcelona (UB). Durante mi licenciatura, desarroll\u00e9 un gran inter\u00e9s por comprender los sistemas biol\u00f3gicos a nivel molecular, lo que me llev\u00f3 a cursar un m\u00e1ster en Modelizaci\u00f3n Computacional en el programa conjunto UB-UPC. All\u00ed, profundic\u00e9 mis conocimientos en simulaciones moleculares, programaci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de datos aplicados a sistemas qu\u00edmicos y biol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p>Para mi tesis de m\u00e1ster, desarroll\u00e9 un pipeline de an\u00e1lisis de fragmentos a gran escala y realic\u00e9 simulaciones de din\u00e1mica molecular para estudiar mecanismos biomoleculares, combinando qu\u00edmica computacional, programaci\u00f3n y automatizaci\u00f3n. Este trabajo reforz\u00f3 mi inter\u00e9s en el uso de simulaciones para explorar el comportamiento de las prote\u00ednas y guiar el dise\u00f1o racional de f\u00e1rmacos.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, soy estudiante de doctorado en Qu\u00edmica Computacional en la Universitat de Barcelona, \u200b\u200bdentro del grupo de Qu\u00edmica Computacional en Biolog\u00eda, Qu\u00edmica y Gastronom\u00eda (CBCG), bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de la Prof. Carolina Estarellas y el Prof. Francisco Javier Luque. Mi investigaci\u00f3n se centra en la simulaci\u00f3n de la membrana interna de Mycobacterium tuberculosis y el estudio de los mecanismos moleculares del complejo NADH deshidrogenasa (Ndh) mediante din\u00e1mica molecular a nivel at\u00f3mico y de grano grueso. El objetivo es dise\u00f1ar inhibidores competitivos de Ndh como posibles estrategias terap\u00e9uticas contra la tuberculosis.<\/p>\n<p>Fuera del \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico, disfruto yendo al gimnasio, jugando videojuegos y aprendiendo nuevas formas de combinar ciencia, programaci\u00f3n y creatividad.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
