Previamente, realic\u00e9 mi doctorado en Ciencias Qu\u00edmicas y Tecnolog\u00eda en la Universidad de las Islas Baleares, estudiando los efectos de la cooperatividad entre diferentes interacciones no covalentes, en particular las interacciones ani\u00f3n-pi, mediante estudios computacionales y experimentales. En 2012, me incorpor\u00e9 al grupo del Prof. J. Sponer (Universidad Masaryk de la Rep\u00fablica Checa), iniciando mi periodo postdoctoral. Adquir\u00ed un profundo conocimiento en simulaciones de din\u00e1mica molecular para el estudio de sistemas prote\u00edna-ARN. En 2013, me un\u00ed al grupo del Prof. Luque (UB) como investigadora Juan de la Cierva. Reforc\u00e9 mi formaci\u00f3n en simulaciones de din\u00e1mica molecular estudiando complejos prote\u00edna-ligando. Tambi\u00e9n apliqu\u00e9 mis conocimientos de mec\u00e1nica cu\u00e1ntica al estudio de reacciones qu\u00edmicas multicomponentes. En 2018, me un\u00ed al grupo del Prof. Gervasio, primero como becaria Marie Curie en la UCL (Londres, Reino Unido) y luego como colaboradora cient\u00edfica adjunta II en la Universidad de Ginebra, donde desarroll\u00e9 nuevos m\u00e9todos de metadin\u00e1mica y estudi\u00e9 cavidades cr\u00edpticas en prote\u00ednas. En 2021, me incorpor\u00e9 a la Universidad de Barcelona como profesora titular, donde comenc\u00e9 a desarrollar mis l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n actuales.<\/p>\n<p>Mi investigaci\u00f3n actual se centra en la comprensi\u00f3n de las relaciones estructura-actividad (SAR) y c\u00f3mo la din\u00e1mica conformacional de los sistemas biomacromoleculares afecta a estas SAR mediante m\u00e9todos computacionales. Nuestros objetivos est\u00e1n principalmente relacionados con enfermedades cardiometab\u00f3licas, donde los procesos de plegamiento y agregaci\u00f3n, la comunicaci\u00f3n de redes alost\u00e9ricas y los mecanismos de reactividad son componentes clave de nuestros proyectos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, participo activamente en actividades como las Jornadas de Ciencia, la Sala de Ense\u00f1anza y las Jornadas de Puertas Abiertas, y he colaborado en proyectos de transferencia de conocimiento con Repsol YPF para predecir mol\u00e9culas que podr\u00edan potenciar los combustibles. Desde julio de 2022 soy asesor cient\u00edfico de Pharmacelera, una empresa dedicada al desarrollo de software computacional para las primeras etapas del proceso de descubrimiento de f\u00e1rmacos.<\/p>\n<p>Desde febrero de 2021, coordino los cursos de F\u00edsica y Fisicoqu\u00edmica, Bioinform\u00e1tica y Modelado Molecular, y T\u00e9cnicas de Separaci\u00f3n e Identificaci\u00f3n en la UB. Tambi\u00e9n imparto asignaturas de Dise\u00f1o de F\u00e1rmacos en el M\u00e1ster de Biomedicina (UB) y en el M\u00e1ster Erasmus Mundus de Innovaci\u00f3n y Regulaci\u00f3n Qu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
